Also, Shadow, maybe you should make it that you have to accept members for them to view the forum (if that's possible)? That way, random people can't just vote.

Overlord
- Can invite/ban users.
- Can veto Staff's suggestions.
- Can suggest new rules.
- Can vote on new rules.
- Can appoint new Staff members.
- Can vote for new Staff members if Overlord or Staff appoints them.

Staff
- Can invite/ban users if the majority agrees to.
- Can veto Overlord's suggestions if majority agrees to.
- Can suggest new rules.
- Can vote on new rules.
- Can appoint new Staff members if majority agrees to.
- Can vote for new Staff members if Overlord or Staff appoints them.
- The max Staff members allowed are 20% of the total members in the Clan.

Members
- Can suggest new rules.
- Can vote on new rules.
- Can vote for new Staff members if Overlord or Staff appoints them.

Peons
- Can be laughed at.

If you vote, confirm your vote with a post so we can make sure it wasn't a Peon voting or a non-member.

Not that it really matters... but I simply must ask anyway - pardon my inquisitive nature...

What exactly is the staff - aside from ShadowGan of course, responsible for? Are they going to act as moderators (even though you have Mr. Pootinkles). Or are there simply no plans as yet besides having a loose decision making council?

Depending on how you decide to further divide up the group into teams - or rather if - they would be Team Leaders? Or perhaps have Team Leaders voted on?.

Pardon the eternal march of my mind... sometimes I wonder why smoke doesn't start pouring out my ears when I think too much...

The staff is just for decision making. Shadow can mod the boards, since he seems to enjoy doing so.

And I'm not a fan of the whole team thing, so I wouldn't know on that.
